Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder to join our vibrant team located in Gulberg, Lahore. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about digital business development and eager to drive growth by identifying relevant freelance projects, crafting tailored proposals, and building strong client relationships on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. You will work closely with our internal teams to fully understand our service offerings and support the entire sales cycle, playing a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively search for and identify suitable job opportunities on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Develop clear, personalized, and persuasive proposals that align with the specific requirements of each project.
- Meet daily bidding targets and maintain consistent follow-up communication with potential clients to maximize conversion chances.
- Communicate effectively in written English to respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate discussions or calls as needed.
- Collaborate with the technical team to gather accurate project estimates and relevant inputs, ensuring proposals are realistic and competitive.
- Conduct thorough research on client profiles to tailor proposals effectively, improving the likelihood of winning projects.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 months of relevant experience working within a software company or related digital services environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, enabling clear and professional communication.
- Basic knowledge of services such as web and app development, UI/UX design, SEO, or digital marketing to understand project scopes.
- Ability to write concise, engaging, and customized proposals that resonate with client needs and expectations.
- Excellent research skills to analyze client requirements and personalize outreach efforts effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve performance.
