Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder to join our vibrant team located in Gulberg, Lahore. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively search for and identify suitable job opportunities on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
- Develop clear, personalized, and persuasive proposals that align with the specific requirements of each project.
- Meet daily bidding targets and maintain consistent follow-up communication with potential clients to maximize conversion chances.
- Communicate effectively in written English to respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate discussions or calls as needed.
- Collaborate with the technical team to gather accurate project estimates and relevant inputs, ensuring proposals are realistic and competitive.
- Conduct thorough research on client profiles to tailor proposals effectively, improving the likelihood of winning projects.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 months of relevant experience working within a software company or related digital services environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, enabling clear and professional communication.
- Basic knowledge of services such as web and app development, UI/UX design, SEO, or digital marketing to understand project scopes.
- Ability to write concise, engaging, and customized proposals that resonate with client needs and expectations.
- Excellent research skills to analyze client requirements and personalize outreach efforts effectively.
