Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Growth Team and play a pivotal role in driving business expansion. This position involves planning and managing marketing campaigns, optimizing the website experience, and ensuring a smooth and engaging customer journey from landing page to checkout. Your contributions will directly influence website traffic, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction, making a significant impact on our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and managing organic marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the CRM and Social Media teams to ensure alignment and maximize reach. Additionally, you will support the Performance Marketing team by assisting with paid campaign initiatives.

Maintaining fresh and relevant website content is essential, so you will upload and manage campaign banners and visuals regularly. Leveraging insights from analytical tools, you will analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and enhancing the overall customer journey.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with designers and developers to improve user experience (UX) and site performance, ensuring the website is both visually appealing and functionally efficient. You will also coordinate with the Commercial team and brand partners to implement offers and promotions effectively, maximizing their impact.

Taking full ownership of the website journey, you will ensure maximum visibility and user engagement at every touchpoint. Using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Meta Ads Manager, you will track campaign performance and website metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.

You will also conduct A/B testing to optimize website pages and marketing campaigns, applying data-driven insights to enhance results. Your role will involve contributing innovative ideas that support brand growth and drive increased sales.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of website data analysis, user experience principles, and campaign performance metrics. Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Meta Ads Manager is essential.

Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset are critical, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You should be proactive, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is highly desirable, as it will help you better understand our target audience and product offerings.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a morning shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 70,000 to Rs 85,000.
