Job Summary
We are actively seeking experienced call center professionals to join our US-based Final Expenses Insurance Campaign as Insurance Closers. Key Responsibilities
As an Insurance Closer, your primary responsibility will be to confidently close sales within the Final Expenses insurance campaign. You will engage potential clients through clear, persuasive communication, maintaining professionalism at all times. Working in a dynamic call center setting, you will be expected to meet and exceed performance targets consistently, qualifying for performance-based bonuses and incentives. A strong desire to succeed and grow in a competitive sales environment is essential to thrive in this role.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience in the call center industry, with at least one year specifically in sales or closing roles. Demonstrated ability to close sales confidently and effectively is critical. Exceptional communication skills, including a persuasive and engaging tone, are mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree is required for consideration. Proficiency in English is essential to communicate effectively with US-based clients. Additionally, candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Rawalpindi prior to starting employment.
