Creative Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling concepts across multiple platforms that support our marketing, branding, and communication strategies. Your expertise will combine graphic design, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving to strengthen our brand presence and engage our audience effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and packaging materials.
- Translate brand strategies into visually engaging and coherent design solutions that align with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials by adhering to established guidelines and style standards.
- Develop mockups, prototypes, and style guides as required to support design projects and maintain quality control.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative ideas and fresh concepts.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in a creative or design role, demonstrating a strong ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with other design tools such as Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and design styles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is considered a plus.
- Understanding of branding principles, digital marketing strategies, and UI/UX concepts is advantageous.
