Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team in Korangi Industrial Area near Vita Chowrangi. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire invoicing process, revenue realization, and accounts receivable functions. This position requires maintaining precise financial records, preparing various financial reports, and ensuring strict compliance with tax regulations. Please note that this role is strictly on-site.

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for raising and managing all invoicing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Preparing SRB (Sindh Revenue Board) reports is a critical part of the role, requiring attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Overseeing the revenue realization process is essential to guarantee timely collection of payments.

Maintaining and regularly updating the debtors ledger will be a key task to track outstanding amounts effectively. The role also involves preparing accounts receivable aging reports and weekly receivable summaries to provide clear visibility on receivables status.

Managing customer agreements efficiently is important to maintain smooth business relationships. The candidate will perform reconciliations related to accounts receivable, ensuring all figures are accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Handling receipt vouchers and managing related email correspondence will be part of daily responsibilities. Additionally, reconciling receipts with bank statements is required to maintain financial accuracy.

The role includes managing the preparation and filing of sales tax returns for both federal and provincial authorities. Compliance with tax regulations, specifically under sections 149 and 165, must be ensured on a quarterly basis.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, and revenue realization processes. A strong understanding of sales tax filing and tax compliance requirements is essential.

The ability to maintain accurate financial records and perform detailed reconciliations is critical for success in this role. Proficiency in preparing financial reports, including SRB reports and aging schedules, is required.

Familiarity with managing customer agreements is necessary to handle contractual obligations effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are vital to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Candidates must be willing to work on-site at the Korangi Industrial Area location, as remote work is not an option for this position.
