Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our lubricants sales operations in Karachi, Pakistan. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the lubricants industry, with proven expertise in managing regional sales teams and distributor networks. This role requires strategic leadership, market acumen, and the ability to drive sales growth while meeting business objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within the lubricants category across the region. This includes consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective planning and execution. You will develop and implement tailored sell-in and sell-out strategies that align with the unique demands of the Karachi market.

A critical part of the role involves overseeing distributor operations. You will provide guidance and support to distributors to ensure their activities are aligned with the company’s goals and standards. Regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking will be essential to identify new opportunities and potential threats, enabling timely strategic adjustments.

In addition, you will mentor and lead the regional sales team, fostering their professional growth and optimizing their performance. Building a motivated and high-performing team will be key to sustaining long-term success in this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 2 years in a similar managerial role within the lubricants industry. Proven expertise in managing sub-distributors and channel partners is essential to effectively drive sales through multiple distribution layers.

Strong skills in sales planning, forecasting, and conducting comprehensive market analysis are required to support strategic decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities are necessary to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory for this position, ensuring a solid foundation in core business principles.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred and will be considered an advantage. The company provides a competitive compensation package, including a company-maintained car and fuel allowance to facilitate mobility and support field activities.

This is a full-time position based in Karachi, with significant travel expected within the region. The monthly compensation package ranges from PKR 250,000 to 350,000, inclusive of car, fuel, and other company benefits.
