We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team at the Lahore Cantt office. This is a full-time role with working hours from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday, offering weekends off. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for delivering prompt and effective assistance to customers during your shift. Your duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions is essential to support follow-ups and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications

Candidates must be able to commit to the specified evening shift from Monday to Friday.
