Job Summary
Nortec Software Inc., a recognized leader in Healthcare Information Technology since 2003, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Assistant to join its remote team. This role is integral to supporting and enhancing the company’s healthcare solutions by analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders. The Operational Assistant will ensure seamless daily operations while driving process improvements and contributing to project planning. Key Responsibilities
The Operational Assistant will work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. This includes translating business objectives into actionable recommendations and detailed project plans. Conducting thorough research to identify, analyze, and resolve business challenges is a critical part of the role.
You will examine current systems and workflows to document processes and determine system requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs. Maintaining strong communication channels with both internal and external users is essential for tracking additional requirements and feature requests.
A key responsibility is to understand and solve business problems by drafting, validating, and prioritizing problem statements in partnership with clients and internal teams. Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism is mandatory.
Additionally, the role involves documenting technical and project-related information and developing training materials when necessary. You will also be tasked with creating strategic roadmaps to meet both short-term and long-term business goals. Assessing inefficiencies in existing processes and systems and recommending improvements will help drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar operational or business analysis role is required. Strong analytical skills and expertise in business analysis are essential to succeed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivation and strong organizational skills are critical, as the role demands working independently in a remote setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is expected. Above all, a commitment to accuracy, honesty, and ethical conduct in all professional activities is required.
