Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data-centric applications primarily using Python and SQL. You will create insightful dashboards and reports through tools like Power BI and Tableau, enabling stakeholders to visualize and understand key metrics effectively. Your role will also involve working on machine learning models aimed at enhancing data analysis and automating processes.

Database management is a critical part of this position, requiring you to write efficient queries and optimize data workflows to ensure smooth operations. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with team members on wireframing projects and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will analyze data to support data-driven decision-making and communicate your findings clearly through presentations and detailed reports.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a strong technical background in both data analytics and software development. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential for application development and database management tasks. Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau is also required to create meaningful reports and dashboards.

A basic understanding of machine learning concepts and their practical application in data analysis is necessary. Equally important is the ability to work effectively within a team environment and communicate insights clearly and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates with at least one year of experience as a software developer will be given preference. This is a full-time remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere.
