We have a strong track record, having generated over 2 billion views for our partners. This freelance, project-based role offers editors the chance to focus solely on creative video production without the need to handle client acquisition or pitching. Ideal candidates are passionate about producing fast-paced, captivating short-form content that grabs attention and boosts viewer engagement consistently.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos between 15 to 90 seconds tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Utilize viral editing techniques to maximize engagement; training will be provided to help refine these skills.
- Adhere closely to structured briefs to reduce revisions and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Continuously enhance editing quality by adapting to new trends and incorporating feedback.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools or plugins that improve workflow efficiency, such as transcription, subtitling, and noise removal software.
- Skilled in video editing software including CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
- Experience with talking head video formats, understanding the importance of pacing, hooks, and trends specific to TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Knowledge of contemporary editing styles and animations, including dynamic text, punch-ins, motion graphics, and smooth transitions.
- Dependable, self-driven, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
