Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FBA Inventory Executive to oversee and optimize our Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) inventory operations. The successful candidate will have practical experience managing inventory reconciliation and working extensively with Amazon Seller Central to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure continuous product availability. Strong analytical capabilities, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central are critical to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
The FBA Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing inventory levels across all marketplaces to maintain optimal stock availability. This includes conducting regular inventory reconciliations within Amazon Seller Central to ensure data accuracy. The role requires analyzing sales trends and marketplace demand to guide restocking decisions effectively.
Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with supply chain and finance teams to coordinate restock and replenishment schedules. You will leverage advanced Excel skills to generate and maintain comprehensive reports detailing inventory levels and discrepancies. Additionally, you will assist in resolving any inconsistencies related to FBA shipments, inventory reports, and stock counts.
Providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize inventory storage and minimize associated fees is an important aspect of this position. You will also monitor inventory health by managing stranded inventory, aged stock, and excess items. Coordination with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure smooth and efficient FBA operations at all times.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related discipline. A minimum of one year of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, particularly in inventory reconciliation, is required. Strong analytical skills paired with a meticulous attention to detail are essential.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker capable of identifying and implementing process improvements. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis techniques. The ability to work independently while efficiently managing multiple priorities is important. Excellent communication and organizational skills complete the profile.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
