Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Fresher Outbound Call Agent to join our energetic and growing team. This role is ideal for individuals starting their career or those with some experience in call center sales, especially within Energy or Home Warranty campaigns. You will have the chance to sharpen your sales skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while being part of a professional and supportive workplace. This position is full-time and requires onsite presence at our DHA Phase 5, Lahore office, working night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM.

Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Call Agent, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, promoting and selling Energy or Home Warranty services. You will be expected to consistently meet daily and weekly sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities is essential to ensure smooth follow-ups and reporting.

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, excellent communication and persuasion skills are crucial. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and have a strong willingness to learn and grow within the sales domain. Freshers with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lahore prior to starting employment. The role requires working night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM onsite at DHA Phase 5, Lahore. An intermediate level of education is preferred, along with proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While prior experience in Energy or Home Warranty campaigns is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000 per month, which includes performance-based incentives.
