Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented HR professional to support a variety of human resource functions within our organization. This role primarily focuses on managing recruitment processes, maintaining precise records, coordinating with different branches, and assisting with daily administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and relevant experience in HR operations. This position requires working in a dynamic, in-person environment and occasionally visiting different locations as part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes specifically for non-management roles, ensuring all related documentation is accurately maintained.
- Process and update data associated with employee bank accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct visits to collection centers and zones as needed to support operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping and ensure all documentation is properly organized and accessible.
- Monitor and track leave balances for staff members, ensuring records are up to date.
- Coordinate closely with the Karachi branch to facilitate smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Scan and archive documents systematically to allow for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist with daily routine HR tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
- Process medical forms and related documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle data processing related to the issuance of company ID cards.
- Prepare and maintain the scheduled interview list to support recruitment activities.
- Update staffing data daily to reflect current employee information and changes.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor or HR Manager as required.
Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in human resources or related administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate efficiently with various teams and branch offices.
- Proficiency in handling documentation and data processing tasks with accuracy.
- Willingness to work on-site and conduct occasional visits to different locations as part of the role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary in the range of Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
