Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Media Buyer to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other media channels, demonstrating a strong track record of driving return on investment through targeted media buying strategies. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely or on-site, and requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience in digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and others. A critical part of your role will involve conducting in-depth audience research and competitor analysis to develop precise ad targeting strategies that maximize campaign effectiveness.

Managing and optimizing campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and maximize ROI will be a core duty. You will continuously perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and placements to identify the best-performing elements and improve overall campaign results.

Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite will be essential. You will work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling advertising materials that resonate with target audiences.

Staying updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in media buying is vital to maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, you will manage media buying calendars and coordinate campaign timelines to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Ensuring accurate tracking and attribution through proper UTM tagging and pixel implementation will be part of your responsibilities to guarantee reliable data for performance evaluation.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar digital advertising role. Proficiency with major ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is essential.

Strong analytical skills are required, with the ability to interpret data and key performance indicators effectively to make informed decisions. You should have in-depth knowledge of targeting techniques, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.

Familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel is necessary to monitor and optimize campaigns accurately.

Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Certifications such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other recognized digital advertising credentials are advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary starting from Rs80,000 per month, negotiable based on experience. This is a full-time position with flexible work location options, allowing you to choose between remote or on-site work.
