Job Summary
We are a rapidly expanding group of online schools headquartered in the UK, supported by a dedicated team based in Lahore. Our Lahore office currently employs 40 enthusiastic professionals, with plans for further growth throughout 2023. While our primary learners are UK-based, we also serve students from various international backgrounds. We are looking for a Tutor to join our Lahore team to provide vital academic support through our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and email communication. This role focuses on guiding and assisting learners rather than delivering live lessons. High-performing tutors will have opportunities to advance into tutorial roles with greater responsibilities and enhanced compensation.

Key Responsibilities
As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic guidance and support to learners via the VLE and email. You will assist students in navigating course materials and resolving their academic queries efficiently. Conducting research to find accurate and relevant information to answer learner questions will be a key part of your role. Maintaining regular communication with students to encourage engagement and academic progress is essential. You will also be expected to uphold the institution’s core values of professionalism, honesty, and mutual respect at all times. Collaboration with team members to improve the learner experience and contribute to ongoing quality enhancement initiatives is also required.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Business Studies, Economics, or a closely related business field (BSBA). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate the necessary skills and attributes. Candidates should exhibit a strong work ethic characterized by honesty, punctuality, ownership, respect, and dedication. Excellent command of the English language, with superior verbal and written communication skills, is essential. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement are highly valued. Strong research skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical for success in this role. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, at least one year of teaching experience is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The monthly salary ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Lahore office or plan to relocate prior to starting employment. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an on-site English Literacy and Cognitive Assessment, followed by an interview at our Lahore office.
