Job Summary
Eplanet Global Pakistan is seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to join their team at the Karachi, Bahadurabad office. Key Responsibilities
The Recruitment Intern will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently. This includes coordinating with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring experience. Maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the recruitment cycle is essential. Additionally, the intern will support the HR team with various recruitment-related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Prior experience is important; therefore, at least one internship in recruitment is required. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with candidates and team members. Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills are also necessary to manage multiple tasks and collaborate within the team. Immediate availability to join and commit fully to the internship schedule is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This internship is designed to last for three months, providing a focused period to develop recruitment skills in a dynamic environment. The working days are Monday through Friday, with hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A monthly stipend of PKR 30,000 is offered to support the intern during this period. The role is strictly on-site at the Karachi, Bahadurabad location, allowing for direct engagement with the HR team and organizational processes.
