Job Summary
Iberianz Group of Companies, a prominent organization with a diverse portfolio encompassing multiple successful ventures, is looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join its growing eCommerce team. The company operates four specialized e-commerce service entities and holds two prestigious American brand franchises. This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central operations, improve product listings, and enhance overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-driven, and possess solid experience in eCommerce management, particularly within the Amazon marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Product Listings: Take full ownership of product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including managing variations and optimizing content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer appeal.
- Resolve Listing Issues: Monitor and promptly address listing challenges such as suppressed listings and stranded inventory to maintain product visibility and availability on the platform.
- Inventory Coordination: Track inventory levels closely, coordinate Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments, and oversee stock reconciliation to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Analyze daily sales data, website traffic, and conversion rates to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Generate Reports: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly operational reports to track progress, highlight key insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Amazon PPC Campaigns: Support the setup and ongoing monitoring of Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, including Sponsored Products. Regularly track keyword performance and report on key advertising metrics such as Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS), Cost Per Click (CPC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure advertising strategies are aligned with product promotions, launches, and overall brand objectives.
- Stay Updated on Amazon Best Practices: Keep abreast of the latest Amazon policies, fee structures, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee that all product listings meet Amazon’s category and listing compliance standards to avoid penalties or listing removals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in eCommerce operations, with a strong focus on managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Proven expertise in Amazon PPC campaign management and operational reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to independently identify challenges and implement solutions.

Additional Information
- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday (On-site)
- Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi, Pakistan
- Salary: Starting from Rs 80,000 per month
