Job Summary
We are looking for motivated International Sales Specialists to join our Lahore office, working on a US-based campaign. This role is dedicated exclusively to outbound prospecting, focusing on cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities. The successful candidate will engage with B2B customers, understand their digital marketing needs, and clearly communicate the value of our digital marketing solutions. This position operates within a fast-paced call center environment, requiring effective lead management and collaboration with sales supervisors to transfer qualified prospects for closing.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business by conducting cold calls and reaching out to prospective customers. Quickly establish value-driven relationships with B2B clients by identifying their digital marketing requirements. Promote and position the strategic and tactical benefits of our digital marketing products and services, tailoring conversations to meet client-specific needs. Maintain thorough knowledge of digital marketing offerings to effectively address client inquiries and objections.

Research, qualify, and manage leads while tracking all associated sales activities. Operate efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced call center setting, demonstrating strong project and time management skills. Build rapport with clients over the phone to convert leads into viable sales opportunities. Support sales supervisors by transferring qualified calls for final conversion, ensuring a smooth handoff and maintaining customer engagement.

Required Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Candidates may be fresh graduates or possess 1+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, or a combination of relevant education and work experience. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen and communicate clearly are critical. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with analytical thinking abilities to understand client needs and adapt sales approaches accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in international sales and customer service is highly desirable. We offer a competitive base salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 80,000, complemented by incentives. Additional earnings include commissions on transfers and sales, along with weekly, monthly, and annual bonuses to reward performance.

Permanent employees are eligible for health insurance coverage. Other benefits include a food facility, EOBI contributions, parking availability, and annual company trips to foster team spirit and employee well-being. The work schedule is from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (night shift), with weekends off (Saturdays and Sundays). This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Johar Town office in Lahore.
