Job Summary
We are currently hiring both fresh graduates and experienced professionals for the position of International Caller to provide outbound call services for our US-based clients. Key Responsibilities
As an International Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients based in the United States, representing the company with professionalism and clarity. You must maintain fluent English communication throughout all interactions to ensure a positive client experience. Meeting daily and weekly targets set by management is essential to this role. Additionally, punctuality and reliability in attendance and overall work performance are critical. You will also be expected to continuously enhance your communication skills and product knowledge to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with US clients.
