Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Amazon Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of managing multiple client accounts on Amazon, driving their growth and success on the platform. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily account operations, optimizing product listings, analyzing performance data, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and strong account performance. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing several client accounts on Amazon to maximize their performance and growth potential. This includes overseeing the creation and continuous improvement of product listings—crafting compelling titles, bullet points, descriptions, and selecting images that enhance visibility and boost conversion rates. Conducting thorough keyword research and analysis will be essential to refine listing optimization and inform advertising strategies.
Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics will allow you to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and implement strategies for ongoing improvement. You will develop, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display to drive traffic and increase sales effectively.
Maintaining consistent, proactive communication with clients is critical. You will address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive client experience throughout. Staying current with industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices will enable you to keep clients competitive and responsive to changes in the marketplace.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience managing Amazon seller or vendor accounts, demonstrating a strong track record of driving account growth. A solid understanding of Amazon’s marketplace dynamics, listing optimization techniques, and advertising platforms is essential.
Strong analytical skills are required to interpret data accurately and translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance account performance. Excellent communication and client management skills are necessary to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients. Additionally, being detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously is critical for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with advanced Amazon advertising tools and third-party software for keyword research and performance tracking is highly desirable. Familiarity with broader e-commerce trends and digital marketing strategies beyond Amazon will be considered an advantage.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000. This is a full-time position providing opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
