Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for receiving and documenting customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Maintaining updated complaint logs using Microsoft Excel is essential for accurate tracking and reporting. Required Qualifications

Job Details
This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The salary range for this role is Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month, reflecting the competitive compensation we offer for this important position.
