TechnoSysInt, a well-established IT company in Pakistan since 1998, specializes in delivering retail ERP software solutions to prominent local retail brands across various sectors including Restaurants, Bakeries, Supermarkets, Fashion Retail, Opticians, and Distributors. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with both potential and existing clients, thoroughly understand their business needs, and provide customized software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Professional will be responsible for visiting and meeting clients at their business locations to assess their specific requirements. This hands-on approach allows for tailored solution presentations that address unique client challenges. Delivering compelling product presentations and persuasive sales pitches to key decision-makers is essential to securing new business.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients is critical to fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business. The role demands consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets while keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all client visits and interactions.
Identifying new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and prospecting activities is a key part of the role. The Sales Professional will negotiate terms and close sales effectively to achieve or surpass both monthly and quarterly targets.
Providing timely feedback and detailed reports on client interactions, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales manager is necessary to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration with internal sales and support teams ensures a seamless onboarding process and high client satisfaction.
Additionally, representing TechnoSysInt professionally at external meetings, industry events, and conferences will help enhance the company’s brand presence and market reach.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong sales, marketing, and communication skills, with proficiency in customer relationship management and negotiation techniques. A solid understanding of the retail industry and IT solutions is essential to effectively address client needs.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently achieving sales goals is crucial. Excellent presentation skills, coupled with a proactive and self-motivated attitude, will enable success in this role.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in sales or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory. This is a full-time, in-person position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The company offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs60,000 per month, along with commission based on performance against targets.
