Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and punctual delivery professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting orders from partner stores and restaurants and ensuring they reach customers promptly and safely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
You will be tasked with picking up orders from various partner locations and delivering them efficiently to customers. Before collecting each order, you must verify the accuracy of items to avoid discrepancies. Handling packages with care during transit is essential to prevent any damage. When applicable, you will collect payments directly from customers under the Cash on Delivery option. Adherence to traffic laws and safety protocols is mandatory at all times to ensure your safety and that of others on the road. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions is crucial to uphold our service standards. You will also need to communicate promptly with the dispatch team regarding any delays, route changes, or issues encountered during deliveries. Additionally, maintaining the delivery vehicle or bike in good working condition and reporting any mechanical problems is part of your responsibilities. Accurate record-keeping of deliveries and payments will be required to maintain accountability and support operational transparency.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license suitable for the delivery vehicle they will operate. A good understanding of local routes and traffic regulations is essential to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with the law. You should be capable of handling cash transactions responsibly and securely. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with customers and team members. Physical fitness to lift and carry packages safely is required, as is a consistent track record of punctuality and reliability to meet scheduled delivery times.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in delivery or courier services will be considered an advantage, helping you adapt quickly to the role. Familiarity with mobile navigation apps or GPS devices is preferred to optimize route planning and efficiency. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs26,000 to Rs78,000, which is performance and hours-based. This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance at the designated work location.
