Job Summary
Soft Nation Technologies is inviting applications for a motivated HR Intern (female) to join their team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, for a three-month full-time internship. Key Responsibilities
The HR Intern will assist with daily HR operations and administrative duties to ensure smooth workflow within the department. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the candidate database. The intern will also aid in onboarding processes by managing documentation for new hires and maintaining accurate HR records and employee files.
In addition, the intern will participate in organizing HR events, meetings, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture. Updating internal databases with new employee information promptly and drafting or proofreading HR-related documents and communications will also be part of the role. Maintaining confidentiality of all HR information and data is essential throughout the internship.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) with a focus on Human Resources or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with team members and candidates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A keen willingness to learn and actively contribute to the HR department’s goals is essential for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous internship experience in HR will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
