Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced professional photographer and videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in on-site photo and video shooting, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates their ability to produce high-quality visual content across diverse environments. This role requires frequent travel to various locations to capture compelling imagery and video that enhance our brand presence and marketing initiatives. Candidates who own their professional photography and videography equipment will be given preference. Additionally, experience in crafting engaging social media content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital channels is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site photo and video shoots to capture high-quality visual assets that support marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Edit and prepare images and videos for distribution across multiple digital platforms, ensuring content is polished and aligned with brand standards.
- Develop creative and engaging social media posts customized for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, and others to maximize audience engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all visual content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Maintain and manage personal photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is always ready and in optimal condition for assignments.
- Travel regularly to various locations as required to fulfill content creation needs.

Required Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in photography and videography, particularly with on-site shooting in varied settings.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of photography and video projects that highlight technical skill and creative vision.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software to produce polished final content.
- Ability to create compelling and platform-specific social media content that drives engagement.
- Ownership of professional photography and videography equipment is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
