Job Summary
Accurate Eminent Firm, a reputable US-based company, is currently hiring a Customer Support Representative (CSR) for a lead generation campaign based near Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This part-time role operates during the evening shift from 5:45 PM to 12:30 AM, with Sundays off. The primary responsibility is to assist customers by following structured communication scripts. Importantly, this position does not involve any sales targets or selling activities. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing performance success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions by adhering strictly to provided communication scripts covering various topics.
- Participate in lead generation efforts without any pressure to sell or meet sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and clear communication style with customers at all times.
- Work the designated evening shift hours from 5:45 PM to 12:30 AM, six days a week.
- Observe Sunday as the weekly day off.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of Matriculation (secondary school certificate).
- Candidates must be under 25 years of age.
- Basic proficiency in English, including the ability to read and comprehend written English.
- Ability to accurately follow structured communication scripts.
- Availability to work the specified evening shift hours consistently.
- Own transportation is required, either a personal bike or reliable access to local transport.
