Job Summary
Wave is currently seeking experienced verifiers to join our Front-End (FE) Campaign team. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in verification processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with customers. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately verify customer information as part of the Front-End campaign, ensuring all data is precise and compliant with company standards.
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers, fostering a positive experience.
- Complete all verification tasks efficiently while adhering strictly to internal processes and quality guidelines.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned performance targets to contribute to overall campaign success.
- Collaborate closely with team members to support campaign objectives and enhance the customer verification process.

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working as a verifier in an FE campaign or a similar role, demonstrating familiarity with verification workflows.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer interactions tactfully and professionally.
- Proven ability to verify customer information accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, capable of working independently to achieve goals.
