Site Engineer (Finishing Expert Residential/Designer Villas)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and supervise site operations for premium residential villa projects. This position requires hands-on oversight of construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, design specifications, and quality assurance protocols. The successful candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver luxury villas on time and within scope. Ideal applicants will have extensive experience in residential construction, particularly with designer villas, and demonstrate strong technical expertise alongside effective managerial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities for high-end villa projects, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Monitor structural integrity and enforce compliance with safety regulations throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Interpret and analyze architectural and engineering drawings to provide clear guidance for construction teams.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project management to maintain alignment and resolve any issues promptly.
- Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Maintain comprehensive daily site reports and conduct thorough quality control inspections to uphold the highest standards.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BE) in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on residential or designer villas, with particular emphasis on finishing works.
- Proficiency in construction-related software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural design principles, and building materials.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety protocols, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and decision-making skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.

This is a full-time position based in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. The role demands on-site presence and mobility to ensure effective project execution. The salary range for this position is competitive, between Rs100,000 and Rs130,000 per month.
