Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the packaging industry. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions primarily through chat, maintain thorough product knowledge, and cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships. A proactive attitude toward understanding market trends and competitor activities is essential to keep our sales strategies effective and competitive. This position operates on a night shift schedule, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and other communication channels, ensuring clear and helpful communication.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to confidently address customer questions and needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to overall business growth.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
- Accurately update and manage customer records and interactions using CRM software to maintain organized and accessible data.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine sales strategies and continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chat Support Agent or in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of packaging campaigns, particularly those targeting the US, Canadian, or UK markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite to manage customer data and communications efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person role operating on a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, aligned with campaigns targeting the US market. The monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
