Job Summary
The Manager Finance at Creative Chaos is a pivotal role responsible for safeguarding the financial stability and growth of the organization. This position oversees essential financial operations including cash flow management, profitability analysis, expense control, and the preparation of precise financial reports. The Manager Finance plays a strategic role by delivering timely and insightful financial data that supports informed decision-making by senior management.

Key Responsibilities
The Manager Finance will collaborate closely with the financial management team to develop and implement strategic, long-term business plans. They will prepare internal financial statements on a periodic, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring all supporting documentation is ready for management review. A critical part of the role involves conducting detailed reviews and analyses of financial statements and key performance indicators to provide clarity on the company’s financial health.

This role also includes assisting with consolidated financial reporting, including journal entries and regular deliverables. The Manager Finance will perform in-depth financial analysis, offer actionable recommendations, and actively engage in discussions related to consolidation and reporting processes. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and leading initiatives to enhance efficiency are key expectations.

Supporting business decisions with accurate financial data and analysis is essential, as is participating in various projects including ad-hoc analyses and reporting assignments. The Manager Finance will assist with cash forecasting and monitoring to maintain adequate working capital, support month-end closing activities, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Additionally, they will contribute to designing and maintaining a functional chart of accounts and perform other duties as assigned to support the finance department and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold an ACCA qualification or possess related academic credentials. Additional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are considered advantageous. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, preferably within a technology firm. Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is essential.

Strong knowledge of taxation is necessary, including corporate tax, withholding tax filings, sales tax, and income tax. Experience managing petty cash and verifying vouchers is also important. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional team management and leadership skills.

Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, is required. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements from authorities such as SECP, SRB, and FBR is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to efficiently manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Experience working with technology companies or US-based firms will be highly valued.
