Customer Support Specialist - Design Service

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our Design Services Campaign, which primarily serves an international client base. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and possess a foundational understanding of digital design services, including logos, websites, and branding. This role demands a professional and client-focused approach to support and retention by delivering exceptional customer service. The position is full-time, based in person within the Design & Development Campaign department, and operates on a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and professional customer support via phone calls and email correspondence.
- Respond to client inquiries concerning design services, project timelines, and available service packages.
- Work closely with design and development teams to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure client expectations are met.
- Perform regular follow-ups to maintain high client satisfaction levels throughout the service lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare detailed reports as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or design sales.
- Basic knowledge of digital design services, including logos, websites, and branding concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills paired with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
