Job Summary
Nuemultiplex Cinema, situated in DHA Phase 8, Karachi, is looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee and lead its retail operations. Key Responsibilities
The Store Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective store strategies aimed at expanding the customer base and maximizing profitability. Achieving sales targets is a core part of the role, which involves training, motivating, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to store staff to enhance their performance.
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service is essential. The manager will oversee all aspects of store administration, ensuring that operations run smoothly and adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
Handling and resolving any issues related to staff or customers, including complaints and grievances, is a critical responsibility. The candidate must have a strong understanding of market rates and the ability to compare prices effectively to support procurement decisions.
Additionally, the Store Manager will establish and maintain robust public relations within the market, particularly focusing on the procurement of food supplies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience as a retail Store Manager, ideally with at least three years in a similar role. Strong leadership skills paired with a business-oriented mindset are essential to succeed in this position.
