Job Summary
HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is looking for a highly experienced Civil Supervisor to join a major mining project located in Riqo Dik, Baluchistan. This is a three-year contractual position offering a competitive salary package along with benefits and allowances. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience supervising civil construction activities, particularly within mining or oil and gas projects, preferably in the Middle East region. The role demands close oversight of all civil works to ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and in full compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily civil construction operations. This includes supervising earthworks, foundation laying, concrete works, drainage systems, and other structural elements critical to the project. A key part of the role is ensuring that all activities align with the project schedule and meet the required quality benchmarks. The supervisor will oversee site operations to enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols, minimizing risks and maintaining a safe working environment. Additionally, the role requires reviewing and accurately interpreting project drawings, specifications, and construction plans to guide the team effectively and resolve any on-site challenges.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven supervisory experience in mining or oil and gas projects is essential, with a preference for those who have worked with UAE-based companies. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction plans is mandatory to ensure precise execution of project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working in the Middle East’s mining or oil and gas sectors will be highly advantageous. The position is full-time and requires the candidate to be present on-site. The employment package includes transportation and accommodation facilities, making relocation and daily commute manageable. The monthly salary can reach up to Rs 200,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
