Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and goal-driven Call Center Agents to join our team for a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign. This part-time position involves making outbound calls to patients and prospects across the U.S. to verify eligibility, generate interest, and qualify leads for medical equipment products such as braces and CPAP machines. The role requires working evening shifts from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare-focused initiative.
Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to U.S.-based leads regarding DME product offerings. You will verify patient information and insurance details with accuracy and professionalism. Generating qualified leads by assessing eligibility and gauging interest is a core part of the role. You will need to handle objections effectively while ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies. Maintaining accurate call records and performing timely data entry is essential to support campaign tracking and reporting. Meeting daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions is expected, and you will be required to follow call scripts and campaign protocols diligently to maintain consistency and quality.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in call center roles, preferably within Durable Medical Equipment or U.S. healthcare campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to engage effectively with patients and prospects. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities are required to qualify leads and overcome objections. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is critical for success in this role. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications is necessary to manage call data efficiently. Additionally, candidates must be willing and able to work U.S. time zones, specifically the evening shift from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

This role is based at our office located on the 4th floor of Al-Mustufa Center, Gulshan-e-Iqbal 13B, opposite Baitul Mukarram Masjid near UBL Bank’s building. We offer flexible employment options, including both part-time and full-time schedules, with expected working hours of approximately 36 hours per week. Monthly compensation ranges from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 75,000, depending on your experience and performance. Please note, this is an in-person role requiring attendance at the office during the specified evening shift hours.
