Job Summary
The CRM Specialist & Team Lead is a critical role combining technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities. This position manages and optimizes CRM platforms such as Creatio and GoHighLevel (GHL), while leading a team of CRM and demo specialists. The role ensures a seamless transition from marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to successful client onboarding by delivering tailored demos, customizing CRM systems, and continuously improving processes to boost client satisfaction and CRM adoption.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Platform Administration & Customization:
Oversee the configuration, administration, and optimization of Creatio, GHL, and other CRM platforms. Manage integrations, develop custom workflows and automations, and maintain data integrity to maximize system efficiency and user experience.
Team Leadership & Demo Management:
Lead a team of CRM and demo specialists by scheduling and assigning client demos that are customized and of high quality. Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the team’s technical skills and client engagement capabilities. Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional growth within the team.
Lead Qualification & Client Onboarding:
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming MQLs. Qualify leads promptly, coordinate demo sessions, and ensure professional follow-up. Guide prospects through demos, proposals, and onboarding processes, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and implementation teams to convert leads into satisfied clients.
Stakeholder & Client Communication:
Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and tailor CRM solutions and demos accordingly. Simplify complex CRM functionalities into clear, business-relevant benefits for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring strong client relationships.
Process Optimization & Reporting:
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to demos, MQL management, and onboarding workflows. Track key performance indicators such as demo-to-client conversion rates, pipeline progression, onboarding success, and client feedback. Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
Training & Support:
Deliver internal and client-facing training sessions on CRM usage and best practices. Maintain and update user guides, demo scripts, and onboarding documentation to ensure consistency and clarity.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and platform updates, especially for Creatio and GHL. Proactively suggest and implement improvements in demo delivery, CRM configuration, and onboarding processes to enhance overall effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical CRM implementation experience, preferably with Creatio, GHL, or WordPress-integrated CRM systems.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and client demo processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs175,000.
- Full-time role based in Lahore Johar Town, requiring reliable commute or relocation before the start date.
