Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team, focusing on lead generation and client engagement within the recruitment services sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong lead database, conducting outreach through multiple channels, and supporting client interactions to drive business growth. This position demands a proactive approach to market research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage sales activities using CRM tools. This is a full-time role based in our Karachi office, offering a competitive monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting thorough market research to identify and develop a comprehensive lead database is a primary responsibility. The candidate will generate leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. Supporting the sales process by assisting with client follow-up calls and participating in meetings is essential to ensure smooth client interactions.
Accurate tracking and updating of all sales activities within the company’s CRM system is critical for maintaining organized records and facilitating effective sales management. The candidate will also be responsible for clearly presenting and explaining our recruitment services to prospective clients in a concise and professional manner.
Handling objections and rebuttals during calls with professionalism and tact is necessary to maintain positive client relationships. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to engage and nurture high-potential prospects, ensuring sustained business growth.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or be in the final semester at a reputable local or international business school. A background of 1 to 3 years in sales, preferably with exposure to international markets, is required. Proven experience in lead generation and client nurturing is essential.
Strong expertise in cold calling and B2B sales, particularly targeting the US market, is highly desirable. Experience with Canadian, European, or Australian markets will be considered an advantage. The candidate must have at least one year of experience selling services, ideally within recruitment or staffing sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are fundamental to succeed in this role. The ability to engage clients effectively and maintain long-term relationships is key.
