Veclar Technologies, established in 2018 and headquartered in the U.S., is a leading B2B company dedicated to empowering real estate professionals across the United States and Canada. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions, strategic marketing services, and dependable IT support tailored to the evolving needs of the real estate industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role focuses exclusively on B2B sales within the real estate sector, working with warm, pre-qualified leads, which means no cold calling is involved. The ideal candidate will excel in consultative selling, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to cultivating long-term client relationships. This position requires working night shifts aligned with North American time zones, specifically from 5:45 PM to 3:00 AM, and is based on-site at Bahria Town Phase 7.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage communications with prospective clients via phone, email, and SMS to foster engagement.
- Understand and analyze client challenges to recommend customized digital services that effectively address their needs.
- Develop and nurture strong, enduring relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive and strategic sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Provide valuable client feedback and market insights to internal teams to help refine and enhance service offerings.
- Stay current with real estate market trends and emerging digital innovations to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months and 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within a BPO or call center environment, ideally as a Closer.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive client interactions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle is advantageous.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones (5:45 PM to 3:00 AM).
