Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented International Sales Executive to spearhead our global business development initiatives within the dental and healthtech industries. This role is pivotal in identifying and engaging prospective clients across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales process—from initial outreach to deal closure—while building strong, long-term client relationships. The ideal professional will be proactive, highly organized, and experienced in navigating international markets, with a proven track record in developing partnerships and closing B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
International Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and connect with potential clients in key regions including Europe, the Middle East, and North America. This involves thorough market research and targeted outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Outreach & Relationship Management:
Initiate and maintain contact with prospects using email, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels. Manage all client communications effectively, guiding prospects through the sales funnel from first interaction to contract signing.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Collaborate closely with management to design and implement tailored international sales strategies that align with the unique demands of each target market. Adapt approaches based on market feedback and evolving industry trends.
CRM & Pipeline Management:
Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Maintain an organized and efficient sales pipeline to ensure timely progression of deals and accurate forecasting.
Partnership Development:
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with dental distributors, software providers, and service platforms worldwide. Build and nurture strategic alliances that enhance market reach and product adoption.
Competitor & Market Research:
Continuously monitor global dental and healthtech industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive advantage and inform sales strategies.
Reporting & KPIs:
Prepare regular reports detailing outreach efforts, conversion rates, and market responses. Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or international business development, preferably within dental, medical, or healthtech sectors.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with international clients and navigating cross-border sales processes.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.
- Highly proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in the dental industry, including familiarity with CAD/CAM dental workflows or medical devices, is highly desirable.
- An existing international network within the dental or healthtech sectors is a strong advantage.
- Multilingual abilities will be considered a plus.
- This is a full-time, in-person contract position.
- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000.
Applicants will be required to confirm their experience in successfully closing at least one international B2B deal from initial outreach through contract signing. Candidates should also demonstrate confidence and expertise in cold prospecting international clients via LinkedIn, email, and calls without provided leads. Additionally, prior contacts or experience within the dental, healthtech, or medical device sectors in international markets will be evaluated.
