Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing websites built on the WordPress platform. This role focuses on front-end development, including creating custom themes and plugins, ensuring websites are fully responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. You will work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to enhance user experience and implement new features that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to specific project requirements, ensuring functionality and design meet client expectations.
- Build fully responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly websites that deliver consistent performance across all devices and browsers.
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing WordPress sites to guarantee optimal functionality and uptime.
- Collaborate effectively with design, marketing, and content teams to implement new features and improve the overall user experience.
- Optimize website speed, scalability, and performance following industry best practices to enhance site efficiency.
- Ensure all websites are SEO-friendly by adhering to the latest search engine optimization standards and guidelines.
- Perform website migrations, backups, and security updates to protect site integrity and data safety.
- Conduct regular performance testing and generate detailed reports on website health and areas for improvement.
- Quickly identify, debug, and resolve any website issues or bugs to minimize downtime and user disruption.
- Stay up to date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and web development technologies to continuously improve site quality and functionality.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing custom themes and plugins you have developed.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development strategies.
- Experience with website optimization techniques focused on speed and SEO performance.
- Familiarity with website security best practices, backup procedures, and data protection measures.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to efficiently resolve complex website issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and content.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
