Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and spearhead growth by developing and closing corporate and institutional food orders. This role focuses on establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with gyms, offices, hostels, and event organizers to broaden our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively pitching and securing event catering contracts and bulk meal plans, while maintaining a consistent weekly sales pipeline and delivering timely reports. Additionally, this position requires conducting field visits to represent Wrap Lab at various activations and client meetings. Collaboration with the kitchen, operations, and marketing teams is essential to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and successfully close corporate and institutional food orders, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with key clients including gyms, offices, hostels, and event organizers to expand business opportunities.
- Actively pitch and secure contracts for event catering and bulk meal plans, driving revenue growth.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date weekly sales pipeline, preparing regular sales reports to track progress and inform management.
- Conduct field visits to represent Wrap Lab at activations, client meetings, and other promotional events, enhancing brand visibility and client engagement.
- Work closely with the kitchen, operations, and marketing teams to support cross-functional coordination, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with a focus on B2B client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage clients effectively.
- Strong familiarity with the Islamabad and Rawalpindi markets, demonstrating a field-savvy and hands-on approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
