Key Responsibilities
As a telesales representative, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to potential customers, promoting and selling our motor insurance products. You will use your strong persuasion and influencing skills to convert prospects into loyal clients. Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets is essential to this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities to ensure smooth operations and follow-ups. Collaboration with your team members is important to achieve overall business objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must be fluent in English with a clear accent to effectively communicate with international clients. Basic proficiency in office software and computer skills is necessary to manage daily tasks efficiently. Demonstrated sales abilities, particularly in persuasion and customer influence, are critical for success in this role. The ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and manage pressure effectively is essential. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma, with a preference for those who have one year or more of experience in sales or marketing. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring availability from 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM, Monday through Friday. Reliable transportation is mandatory, as the office is located at DHA-Gate 3, near Faysal Bank and Giga Mall on GT Road, Rawalpindi. Candidates must be able to commute daily or plan to relocate to Islamabad before starting work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in telesales or call center operations will have a distinct advantage. The compensation package includes a basic salary ranging from PKR 25,000 to PKR 40,000, depending on skills and experience. In addition to the base pay, there are attractive incentives for achieving sales targets, which can add an additional PKR 25,000 to PKR 40,000 monthly, offering significant earning potential. Salary and incentives are reviewed quarterly, providing opportunities for promotion and increased earnings based on performance.
