Production Supervisor in Factory

Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and experienced Production Department Manager to lead and oversee all operations within our factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the labor force, ensuring production targets are consistently achieved, and upholding the quality standards set by the production manager. This role demands strong leadership and organizational abilities to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules within designated timelines.

Key Responsibilities
The Production Department Manager will supervise the entire production team, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal labor utilization. You will develop detailed production plans aligned with the targets and requirements provided by senior management. Maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and meeting quantity goals is essential to this role.

Collaboration with the production manager is critical to synchronize daily operations and long-term production objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely reports on production progress and labor management, providing visibility into operational performance.

Managing team dynamics is a key part of the role, requiring you to address and resolve any labor-related issues promptly and effectively. Given the nature of the factory’s operations, you must manage time efficiently to ensure continuous production flow during the 12-hour shifts.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum education level of Intermediate (Inter). A minimum of four years’ experience in production management or a closely related role is required. Proven skills in production planning, labor supervision, team leadership, reporting, and time management are essential to succeed in this position.

Additional Details
This is a full-time, on-site position based in North Karachi, Gabol Town. The work schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts, running from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. The salary offered ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs48,000 per month, reflecting the responsibilities and experience required.
