Job Summary
ANNAX CONSULTANTS is seeking a skilled Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our digital and traditional marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand visibility and engagement by creating innovative content and executing strategic campaigns. This role demands a proactive professional who can efficiently manage multiple social media platforms and collaborate closely with internal teams to support various promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities
The Marketing & Social Media Manager will plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This involves designing and scheduling engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

In addition, you will develop and oversee targeted advertising campaigns using tools such as Meta Ads and Google Ads to maximize reach and impact. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with admissions and counseling teams to coordinate promotional efforts and ensure consistent messaging.

Analyzing campaign performance is a critical part of the position. You will prepare detailed monthly reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Working alongside graphic designers, you will help create compelling promotional materials and visuals that support marketing initiatives.

Furthermore, you will organize small-scale events and marketing activities as needed to reinforce brand presence and engage with prospective clients.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field. Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and fundamental advertising strategies is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to craft clear, persuasive messaging.

A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail will help you design content that stands out. The ability to multitask efficiently and consistently meet deadlines is crucial for managing the diverse responsibilities of this role.
