Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and professional individual to join our team in a full-time capacity, focusing on customer support and inbound sales for a US-based inbound campaign. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and bring prior experience from a reputable call center environment, whether in a BPO or software house setting. This position requires working on-site at our office located on the 9th Floor of Fortune Towers, Sharah e Faisal, Karachi. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs65,000 to Rs100,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of this role include managing inbound customer inquiries with prompt and accurate responses. You will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, effectively promoting products or services to customers while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style. Accurate documentation of customer interactions and timely updates to relevant systems are essential to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with team members to meet campaign targets and continuously enhance customer satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate fluency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with US-based customers. Previous experience working in a call center environment within a reputable BPO or software house is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are required to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently. The role demands full-time availability and the ability to work on-site at the specified office location in Karachi.
