Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and tech-savvy Customer Support Executives to join our dynamic team in Lahore, Pakistan. This role focuses on outbound dialing and is ideal for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be empathetic, adaptable, and comfortable leveraging technology to deliver outstanding customer support. Initially, training will be conducted during evening hours, with the shift transitioning to a morning schedule upon completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers in a professional, courteous, and engaging manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.
- Utilize multiple technology platforms efficiently to manage and document customer interactions.
- Exhibit empathy, patience, and understanding when resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain punctuality and dependability by adhering strictly to assigned work schedules and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless and consistent customer support process.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency and comfort in using various technology platforms and tools relevant to customer support.
- Ability to maintain patience and empathy during challenging customer interactions.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to following work schedules and meeting deadlines.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person position based at Siddiq Trade Centre, Gulberg, Lahore. The role begins with a seven-day training period conducted during evening hours. After training, the regular working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
