Job Summary
Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Operations professional to oversee all sales activities within the Sukkur territory. This role serves as the primary liaison for field sales, distributors, and customer engagement, ensuring that sales targets and operational goals are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth by executing strategic sales plans, maintaining operational excellence, and nurturing strong relationships with both distributors and Nestlé’s direct sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the assigned geographical area.
- Develop and implement a detailed field sales plan tailored specifically for the Sukkur territory to optimize market penetration and sales growth.
- Effectively manage distributor operations and customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities and ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Execute Channel Category plans at Points of Purchase (POP) and retail outlets, aligning activities with overall channel and category priorities.
- Provide timely and accurate sales data and reports to support informed decision-making at various organizational levels.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Nestlé policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales operations.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate distributor teams as well as Nestlé’s direct sales force to build a high-performing, cohesive sales network.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by applying Nestlé’s Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodology to enhance sales processes and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in field sales and key account management, with a preference for candidates familiar with Out of Home Channels.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, self-motivation, and integrity.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in developing oneself and leading a high-performing sales team.
- In-depth understanding of sales functions including Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), customer relationship management, distributor handling, and B2B sales.
- Prior experience managing a field sales team is essential to succeed in this role.
