Job Summary
We are a US-based Corporate Culture Company seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Care Professional to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time position primarily involves making outbound calls to customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires working the night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time, with weekends off. Candidates must be prepared to commute reliably to our Lahore office or plan to relocate before starting employment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, you will initiate outbound calls to clients, responding promptly and professionally to their needs. Maintaining accurate client records and managing appointment scheduling will be essential to your daily tasks. You will be responsible for building and sustaining strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service. Efficient use of various software, databases, scripts, and tools is required to support your customer interactions effectively. Meeting and understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial, as will consistently providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will actively participate in training sessions and learning opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge. Clear and effective communication in all client interactions is a must.

Required Qualifications
We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with up to six months of relevant experience to apply. The ability to work the designated night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time is mandatory. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role. Candidates should be proficient in using computer software and databases relevant to customer care functions. Reliable commuting to the Lahore office or willingness to relocate to Lahore prior to starting employment is required.
