Job Summary

Our client, a forward-thinking technology consultancy, is committed to advancing business and education through inclusive, high-quality digital solutions. They are currently seeking a driven sales professional to take full ownership of the end-to-end B2B sales process. This unique role spans two distinct industries: innovative AR/VR/XR technology solutions and luxury corporate transport services. The successful candidate will manage a dynamic sales pipeline, engage with a diverse client base, and contribute to the growth of both business verticals—all within a fully remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation to closing high-value deals across both the tech and transport sectors. A key focus will be converting qualified leads from discovery calls into paying clients, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintaining a clean, data-driven CRM pipeline is essential to optimize sales performance, with an emphasis on high-conversion activities. You will proactively generate a steady stream of high-potential leads using multi-channel cold outreach methods, including LinkedIn, targeted emails, and cold calling.

Conducting in-depth research to identify and engage key decision-makers within the AR/VR/XR and corporate transport industries is critical. You will schedule and lead engaging virtual meetings and product demonstrations, effectively pitching AR/VR/XR solutions tailored for Control Loops.

In addition, you will develop and deliver customized proposals to corporate clients, hotels, and event planners for luxury black car services. Building and nurturing strong client relationships by understanding their challenges and positioning the company’s solutions as the ideal fit will be a continuous priority.

You will also be responsible for writing tailored proposals and contributing to sales collateral such as pitch decks and case studies. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities through ongoing client engagement is expected.

Collaboration with the marketing team is vital to refine messaging and align sales efforts with lead generation strategies. Providing valuable feedback from client interactions will help enhance marketing communications and product development.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally with exposure to technology solutions and/or corporate transport services. A proven track record of independently managing and closing complex sales cycles is essential.

Strong skills in lead generation, cold outreach, and client relationship management are required. The ability to conduct detailed market research and engage with senior decision-makers is critical.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, including the ability to deliver compelling virtual demos and proposals. Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales pipeline management is expected.

This role requires comfort working remotely, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 PM to 5 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
