You will prepare quality assurance reports, identify process gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve service quality. Tracking and reporting common errors and conducting training sessions to keep staff updated on revised processes and policies will also be part of your duties. Ensuring compliance with IATA, airline, and regulatory standards is mandatory. Furthermore, you will assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments to maintain operational excellence.
