Accounts Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Karachi. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1 to 2 years of accounting experience who are eager to grow their careers. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks and possess strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare and record journal entries, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Support tax filing activities and maintain all necessary compliance documentation.
- Assist with internal audits and carry out financial data analysis to support decision-making.
- Maintain precise financial records and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal departments and external stakeholders in English.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, including both Online and Desktop versions.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles coupled with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
